Unlike a hotel, the manor’s reception is not open all day. Check-in time is between 18:00 (6 pm) and 22:00 (10 pm). After registering, you can return at the desired time (but we ask you to be silent so as not to disturb other people).
Can we check in before 18:00 or after 22:00? In principle not, but it is possible to check in earlier (only between 12:15 and 13:30) to drop off your luggage and return after 18:00 (time your room will be ready). This is only possible if you make a special request.
When do I have to leave the room? Usually before 11:00.
Is Manoir Le Parc open all year? No, Manoir Le Parc is open from May 1 to November 1.
No, there is no restaurant in Villevaudé but there are various restaurants in the area (see the page “surroundings”.
What is for breakfast? Breakfast consists of: coffee, tea, chocolate drink, orange juice, milk, baguette, croissant, jam, chocolate paste, honey, cheese, charcuterie, boiled egg, yogurt.
When is breakfast served? Your breakfast will be ready from 8 am, you can serve yourself and take it at the desired time. If it is necessary to have breakfast earlier, please let us know at the time of booking.
I have a gluten-free diet, can you accommodate my request? Yes, this is possible if you let us know at the time of booking.
How far is Disneyland and how do you get there? Disneyland Paris is 25 km away, you can go there with your own car, or go by car to Torcy station 10 km away (park your car for free) and take the RER A which will take you to Disneyland Paris in 10 minutes. If you do not have a car, you can take a taxi (see the page “surroundings”), there are no shuttles or buses going to Disneyland from Villevaudé.
Can you go to Paris by public transport? There is a bus stop 100 metres from the house. With line 5 you can go to the station of Lagny-Thorigny and from there take the train to Paris. For schedules see the page “about”.
I arrive by plane to Charles de Gaulle, how do I get to Manoir Le Parc? We do not have a shuttle, you can take a taxi (see the page “about”) or rent a car. It is not practical to come by public transport.

What dimensions do the beds have? The beds are double and measure 160 x 200 cms. They can not be seperated. The sofa-bed measures 90 x 190 cms.
Do you have a cot? Yes, we have a cot available for free. Please let us know at the time of booking.
Can I pay with a credit card, bank card on site? No, unfortunately this is not possible.
I travel for business, can I get an invoice? Yes, an invoice will be sent to you by email after your departure. Please ask us at the time of booking.
We have two rooms that are next tot each other on the same floor. Ideal for families. One room for maximum 3 people and the other for maximum 2 people.
No, there is no elevator. Access to the rooms is via the large staircase (with ramp).
